    We had a good time there - and slept well
    Location fine. Breakfast oke. Meals oke. View excellent. Nice, clean, pleasant rooms. Excellent blankets. Nice balconies. Staff very helpful and friendly.
    No heating in this hotel. So it was quite cold in december (1Celsius) . Blankets were excellent, though.

    BEST VIEW, BEST PEOPLE!
    The property is worth the view. Recommend taking the mountain view room for sure. Alisha is a darling. She'll help you with everything. The breakfast is also good! Will definitely recommend this place if you're in Gangtok.
    Not all switch boards were functioning in the room but it's okay, we didn't face too many issues with this.

    A good place stay out of town.
    The view across the valley and up to valley was great. No mountain view unfortunately. The staff - wonderful Alisa - was excellent. Attentive, considerate, helpful and interesting to chat with. Very close to the zoo - which is excellent, btw. The room balcony was an unexpected bonus.
    The bathroom suffers from its design - common in India unfortunately - impossible to shower without getting the floor and toilet wet.

    Everything is absolutely beautiful about the hotel. The view, the property and the staff Alisha was always available to help. If you want to stay away from hustle bustle then this is the property you should opt.
