Superb

Quite place, close to Silom.

The location is like 10min walk to Silom area. Very convenient. The place is clean and quiet. The staff are very friendly.

Just one point to improve - the pillow. I prefer soft pillows. Others are quite good.

Nice facility but stingy hotel policy

The staff is friendly, the facility is nice and clean.

Despite the facility looks nice, it appears they sell rooms without a windows, which I find not adequate to a hotel if this level. Moreover, the hotel policy on commodities comes across as stingy, as only two small bottles of water are provided every day (this is the only hotel we stayed at in Thailand that posed such limitation, which I find especially relevant given the tap water is usually does not meet drinking quality), the breakfast must be chosen in advance (the drink as well! And one is only served a small glass of drink over breakfast, which is simply ridiculous), and even the tea bags in the bedroom are only available upon request.

The location was good, the rooms were very clean and the stff were friendly. The biggest praiseworthy thing is the owner who apologized as the hot water for shower was not working. He offered us a lovely free breakfast. It is hard to get honest people.

The hotel owner was honest. It is hard to get such genuine people who accepts shortcomings. The hotel needs to organize tours or suggest tour operators as I am sure they will offer right tours as there are a lot of scammers around in Bangkok who can cheat. The hotel needs to have money exchange facilities

Disappointing

4 days with no hot water

Good location

We stayed 4 days and there was no hot water. Immagine how it is 4 days with no hot water and children... and the manager really didn't care much about this. No compensantion recived for this unpleasant situation.
