Nice place for young adults to stay

It's a few steps away from the park and a beach, what makes it outstanding, when it comes to location. It also serves food on the ground floor and it's close to a breakfast place (a bit more expensive than anywhere else, because of the location). The A/C has heating mode, so it should be OK also during winter.

The check in is unfortunately strict to 14:00, so if you're early you can only leave the luggage on a hall (there's no separate luggage storage room). On the ground floor is a pub with DJ, so you basically shouldn't pick this place if you plan to sleep. They end at 23:00 and only from this moment on you can go asleep - otherwise the noise is too loud. The connection to the airport is complicated. There's direct bus, but it takes one hour to get there. Changing to subway doesn't save anything.

Superb

Great location and frequent bus service to explore the area. I walked the coastal path from Clovelly to Watsons Bay which was spectacular and caught 2 buses back without a long wait. I found my room surprisingly quiet as there is no through traffic and apart from some fun laughter at closing time the only sound was from the ocean. The room was very comfortable and I enjoyed opening the windows in the morning for the ocean breeze. The public bar and restaurant was perfect to grab a meal and drink and watch the cricket. Overall a very lovely and friendly safe atmosphere for a mature woman to travel solo. Thanks Cloey!

A unique lovely place to stay.

Very well presented property. Small area off bedroom with a lovely sea view ( not all rooms). So clean and when they shut the hotel no one can get into the accommodation area unless you are staying. Bus very close which was great, easy to get to from central railway by bus.

Just be aware that if you struggle with luggage and stairs, you cant get all the way up In the elevator. We were ok but its a consideration that they are overt about.

Love Love Love location as right near the beach and also walk along to Bondi fro here. comfortable beds ,great vibe as lots of people coming for drink and meals because of this, bus stop just down the road, extra friendly helpful staff ,nice decor as beach hotel ,lovely shady trees and green grass to sit on 2mins from hotel.

no verandahs ,can be noisy on left side of hotel around dinner timeout mostly great comments.Need full length mirror in rooms and didn't have plug in chargers for phones more lamps on each bedside.
