Very good

We enjoyed our stay and all of our needs were in walking distance.

Love the atmosphere of the hotel, the room and location.

We only had one wash cloth and called room service for more but never received anything to our room.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was a decent size.

The ice machines were broken on all floors except for 1. The thermostat in the room didn't work properly making it impossible to keep a comfortable temperature in the room.

Disappointing

Disappointing, especially for the marketing of this hotel.

The bed was comfortable, but the room temperature was just awful. The bacon was cooked well despite the rest of the breakfast just being awful.

We booked this staycation hotel for a special night out for my birthday. I was counting on a nice hotel for the night, a comfortable night sleep with a special treat of room service in the morning. The room temperature was muggy, very humid even though we tried to adjust and regulate the temperature. The result was we barely slept at all. The waitstaff at the restaurant that was open for breakfast was short staffed so we were told that we could not order room service. BIG disappointment as that was something I was really looking forward to for our only single night and morning out. We decided to just go downstairs to the restaurant as that was still a nice amenity that this hotel has 3 restaurants and a Starbucks on location. Our breakfast was also a big disappointment, especially for $50 for 2 egg Benedicts Florentine with raw (not sauted) spinach and mediocre breakfast buffet at a 2 star hotel quality level potatoes. There was a big gap between what my expectations were compared to what I received.

Great little weekend getaway!

Wonderful location within walking distance Main St, Market St, Station St, Chattanooga Choo Choo etc. Extremely close to Ruby Falls. The bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel. The shower was very relaxing as well! Friendly & accommodating staff. Lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas! Valet service was wonderful and friendly as well. We visited with the intention of exploring the area within walking distance BUT you could honestly visit The Chattanoogan Hotel and never have to leave the property with so many options on site!

I guess the only thing I was not 100% satisfied with is lack of information regarding hotel parking and pricing for parking online. We were not the only ones arriving unaware of accurate information for both self parking and valet parking.

Very good

It was good lived Starbucks in hotel. Fireplace wonderful was cold tgat werkend.

Food was good chef and staff have some issues but service was good.

I was charged twice for reservation thank goodness I caught it right away but took 7 days to credit my card.

Hotel was nice but my room was dirty.

The room was dirty still. Towels was dirty. The room smelled really bad like a locker room!

Dirty room. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Towels dirty and rolled back up. Very stinky!

Very good

No front desk welcome, we were in a line of 4 pm check-ins, only 1 clerk at desk.

Room was large and clean, very comfortable bed.

Too cold and sterile design, and not within walking distance of attractions and overpriced too. Signage from rooms for directions up to the Rooftop Bar was poor. Will not stay here again as not worth the room rate.
