    Lovely hotel. So convenient for our visits with our family
    Bathroom and kitchenette were very nice. The one bedroom suit was perfect for our stay. Would have liked another chair in our living room area while relaxing in the room

    There was mold on the shower bottles, door lock was broken, fan in bathroom broken, on top of the unpleasant greeting I received. Room service order was wrong, then super expensive.

    Location and staff.
    The pillows. I couldnt sleep with these pillows. I had a stiff neck for two days. I had to try and sleep without any.

    Overall satisfied with hotel which was well located ,had reasonable valet parking and a lovely lobby and rooms.
    Location great, lovely atmosphere ,clean rooms, reasonable valet parking, liked the elevators and design of lobby.
    We had to wait long time for the breakfast we ordered. People were leaving the restaurant as they were tired of waiting. Restaurant across the street had much quicker service.
