Lack of a main walk-in entrance Toilet needed manual adjustment Gas stove gave off burning smell-should have been cleaner The interior does not match the exterior in Wow factor

Amazing Christmas Location for Families looking for some Winter Fun.

Location, decor, classy, great for families, great amenities, staff were polite, helpful and attentive.

Would have been nice if parking was complimentary vs. charge per night.

Everything at the chateaux was amazing. We couldnt believe the hotel grounds. The staff and stay was exceptional. The off season pricing was so reasonable. We will be back every year. We loved it.

Beautiful place with everything you need

I can not recommend this place enough!! There was an issue with my reservation and the manager fixed it quickly and graciously. After only one night, the staff called me by name as I would come and go. Do not hesitate to book here. I will definitely book again next time Im in the area.
