Great stay but LOUD!

The room was large and comfortable, especially the bed. It was also spotless. The hotels shuttle service was great! We enjoyed the hot tub and free covered parking.

IT IS VERY LOUD! It has been my experience of late (last few bookings) that Im being given bad rooms when booking on booking.com. We booked this room for 4 nights and it was not cheap. Although our room was comfortable, it was the first room off of the elevator, right next to the ice machine. I should have asked to change it, but it was early pm and still rather quiet, so I didnt know what was coming. Everyone in the second floor had to walk by us. This hotel is EXTREMELY popular with families, so we had kids yelling by my bedroom door way past my bedtime (around 10 pm). Also, for some unknown reason, kids of all different ages liked to hang out in the corridors and hotel lobby all evening. I even found a group of four playing a (loud) card game on the hallway floor just a few doors down from usin the morning, we could hear other guest alarms going off. At times, we could hear people walking above us, though that was not too bad and not uncommon in ski town hotels. The hot tub is also right by a busy road so it can be loud during busy traffic times. Still, we would probably be back if we could get a quieter room.

It's our second Christmas vacation in the Peaks as we like the facilities and the location as it is close to the Nordic ski center.

The light in the room is not enough: only 2 small lamps in the living room. HK could be better, at least it could be nice to vacuum the carpet once during a long stay.

A wonderful stay that met all our expectations.

All the extras including the cookies and hot chocolate in the afternoons. The great breakfast spread every morning, kept replenished and tidy. The service provided by all staff was very high standard always willing to help with what ever we needed. All amenities were kept clean and tidy and were in great conditions from the gym, to spas, pool, relaxation area. We also attended the on-site restaurant and bar. We went 2 nights and both times food and service were great, the pizza and pasta dishes filled us after a big day on the mountains. The hotel is positioned well, close to the action but far enough away for some downtime too.

Great ski vacation hotel

Great pool, hot tub, and breakfast. Appreciated they let us park the full day before and after our reservation. The on-site restaurant was nice with plenty of options. The ski locker and shuttle were important. Wish the shuttle dropped off at Canyons Village instead of just Park City.

Bathroom shower tap was difficult to turn/open. Shower gel pump mechanism not great. Shower cubicle a bit small/narrow

Amazing experience, would come back again

Location is quite convenient. Hotel is quiet at night, and the bed is amazing. I usually cannot sleep well at hotels. This one is an exception! Staff are friendly and helpful! Breakfast has a lot of varieties and also delicious. Jacuzzi is also great

Amazing, just book it!

The restaurant was great to fill our bellies and awesome brews! Staff was amazing, like everyone that works there is smiling and genuine! The outdoor and indoor pools and hot tubs were magical after long day of activity. There is even a hot sauna! Finally, gym was perfect. There were several common areas to hang out. Cannot wait to return.
