miserable at 800$ per night I expected to have a room with air conditioning. I would not recommend this hotel for busin

The furniture.

a/c did not work. it was 90 degrees plus outside and the lowest they could get the a/c was 75 degrees. At 800 dollars a night I sure did expect a room with A/C. They did not give me another room. instead they brought in a large floor cooler that made so much noise leaked water all over the carpet. I had to turn it off.

Lovely staff and shuttle service, beautiful surroundings

it is located in a beautiful setting, its clean and quiet.

It was further away from other activities at Chateau and Stein Eriksen Lodge. Definitely not within walking distance unless you plan on a short hike.

We had a world class experience in an amazing location with breathtaking vistas

The included breakfast was a bonus. The location of SER is amazing. Phenomenal panoramic views of the Park City Area. The staff was excellent, genuinely friendly and engaging.

We needed to have the bed re- made when we arrived, because it had not been changed from the previous customer. A little bit of a rough start, but everything went smoothly after that
