Marriott's Summit Watch is praised for its great location and amenities such as hot tubs and a kids/game/activity area. The building, although old, is relatively clean and renovated. The rooms are co (Read More)mfortable but not luxurious. Parking is expensive but convenient. Some reviewers were disappointed with the service, particularly the concierge and housekeeping. Despite this, the staff overall was friendly and helpful. The resort offers nice pool/spa facilities and clean, spacious rooms. It is conveniently located near shops and restaurants on Main Street. The added amenities like basketball and shuffleboard are a bonus. The hotel is safe and offers underground parking. There were some noise issues with hallway coolers. Overall, the resort provides good value and is family-friendly.

Location of the property
The hotel was having heating issues during our stay. Moved rooms twice. Heat was registering at 105 -108 degrees with windows open when maintenance came to check out. Had to request to move rooms they were going to leave us in room. Daughter got sick from heat asked for housekeeping to come mop bathroom floor was told no it wasnt our day for cleaning, so had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean myself. Was only offered points no amount of refund. Was told my stay was linked to my Marriott account nope it wasnt and now being told that since I booked through booking.com cant get points. Ally at front desk lied to my father when he called trying to get the situation sorted out due to the lack of urgency that there was no issue with heat after being the one to help us with maintenance ticket the second time because the first one was never done and was extremely unhelpful didnt offer to help move us rooms literally at 11pm after they dropped the ball. The second room change manager helped but heat was still an issue. We extended our stay two days after checking out to go to another hotel to actually enjoy our time and not be dealing with room issues and lack of sleep due to extreme heat. Will not be staying with Marriott again.

Amazing location. Walk to everything. Town lift just across the foot bridge. Restaurants, shopping, and trolley stops nearby.
Room could use some updates, but was fine for a short stay.

Sprawling complex. Visiting in the off-season, things were quiet with many closed restaurants.
