I really like the convenience to the different tourist attractions in the Seattle Downtown area. The property looked modern and clean and I truly enjoyed our stay. The facilities were appropriate for the kind of hotel and we enjoyed the gym and sauna.

We didn't like the early check out of 11:00am. We prefer checkout to be at around 12:00. The staff were nice enough to allow us to do a late check out though, so I appreciate that. Also - if we had any remaining credits in the room. We also hope the staff inform us in advance before fully checking us out, we missed out on a few items that we bought on credit but didn't redeem.

Location and comfortable beds

I received an unspecified charge of $28 and change on my credit card that I assume was for early check in, despite an online solicitation from the hotel for $25 for early check in. I put in a request to the solicitation, but had no response.

Easy walkable location to all things Seattle

The staff was amazing, kind, helpful and always with a smile. The rooms were so nice and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was large and the toilet closet had its own door from the rest of the bathroom.

Comfortable stay!

The staff was courteous, the room was clean and well-appointed, and the amenities were impressive. While it fell slightly short of a perfect rating, it offered a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It was okay

Easy access from the airport, near Pike Place - clean rooms.

The room had another locked door adjacent to another room. The couple was very loud- the door wasnt sound proof. It was very uncomfortable. We requested a room change with a view- they three of us to share one bed if this is the case. They were not friendly on that. The 25 dollar tourism fee or whatever check they gave us to spend at the hotel costed me more than 90 dollars- I dont know why they charge 25 dollars a night for a horrible rooftop bar.

Secure, clean and comfortable.

City of Seattle was unsafe, extremely high homelessness and street walkers try to intimidate you by blocking the sidewalks etc. While in front of our hotel waiting for Transportation witnessed man throwing large rocks at the glass building across the street. No law enforcement seen at all.

The location could not be better and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

The breakfast arrangements are not great. Very limited opening times and very limited range of food options. The actual food is very good but takes ages to prepare. Can't fault the waiting staff however.
