Great veg resort

The food is great.. The rooms were big and clean.. Staff was helpful.

The room needs a little uplifting... They feel like they need some maintenance... The washroom in the room is really old.

Very poor

It's not well maintained, property is very old and pls don't go by the photos of the property. Worst service and maintenance its just not worth staying and paying high rates . It's better to book a good stay in the near by vicinity. No great options for food as well. PLS DONT BOOK THRU BOOKING.COM , YOU WILL END UP PAYING HIDDEN CHARGES AND ADDITIONAL TAXES. THEY JUST HIKE PRICES ON VIRTUAL DEMAND.

Additional service taxes other than room rents and worst service.

The swimmjng pool was nice Has great food too

Place was alittle dirty First room we were given had so much damp we couldnt breathe And was a hassle to get it exchanged but got it done on the end Also they charge you for water if you need more then 2 bottles in your room which i think is stupid as it was really hot the weather was great but getting charged for water is a joke Staff were horrible too the reception lady and the restaurant could never get your order correct and 9 times out of 10 will refuse to correct it service was absolutely disgraceful

Superb

My first night i was in a bind by a bad previous "hotel/resort" and the hotel opened the gaye for us to check in early. Staff was clean and helpful. They had a good understanding of English too. Weren't the type to go above and beyond.

I requested to help me organise my tour activities and didn't get much help and the taxi driver they arranged just took us places by his way.

Its location and this property has a pure veg restaurant that serves amazing food.

All facility is here. There are very nice gym, swimming pool, and spa. All staff is very decent with good manner and There is manisha on reception counter with everytime smiles pace. Overall ultimate hotel.
