They are refusing to give me my money back even booking.com I will never use this site and I will never stay at the big
The staff there were very nice respectful.
I had a loud dog next door that wouldnt stop barking and they couldnt even find the owner. I couldnt get any rest. I spoke to them in the front office about it and she said I could get a refund and that she is sorry about the inconvenience.

Probably would not stay again.
Convenient for our travels and near a good restaurant.
Booking stated pets stay free and property staff made comments about us having to pay for pets. We only stayed at this location due to it stating pets stayed free and did not appreciate being told otherwise by staff. I have photos of our original booking stating pets are free and we are currently watching our charges to see if the property added extra charges we did not authorize.

I would highly recommend it. Don't forget to eat next door!
We stayed overnight on our trip from Colorado to Houston. The room was comfortable and cute. The decor was western themed and even had saloon style doors that separated the bedroom and bathroom areas. Overall it was a nice place to stay. And the Big Texan Restaurant is just across the parking lot and the food there was phenomenal and not too over priced for a steak house. We didn't make reservations, so we had to wait 30 min or so for a table, but it wasn't a big deal because there is a gift shop there also. We just walked through and bought a couple souvenirs, and by the time we checked out, our table was ready. If you don't want to wait then I suggest you make reservations.

The only thing we didn't like was the saloon doors that separated the bed and bath areas, while very cute and whimsical, were annoying when you had to walk through them multiple times. There isn't any way to prop them open, which would've made it alot easier when packing things up to leave. But it really wasn't that big of a deal, just more of an annoyance. Also, the cell phone reception in the room was spotty if you weren't right by the window, but that wasn't a big deal for us, but it might be for some.

Outdated rooms, bed was kinda uncomfortable but clean. Too much dog poop around exterior of complex.
Area around the motel needed a lot of cleaning.A lot of weeds and dog feaces everywhere.

Rooms were terrible. Could hear everything next door, No coffee for coffee machine and no milk.
