The property was ok for what it was I stayed at better

I didnt like the fact I called the front desk just to ask is it possible he can call upstairs to ask them to stop stomping hes nasty reply was how can he ask them to stop walking being sarcastic that was very rude I know the difference between the two plus that crap kept me and my family up the entire two days we was there I would never recommend this place and Im actually a social media influencer so I will be giving my honest opinion

Excellent Stay

The unit was very spacious, it might be the larger hotel unit we stayed at. It was very clean, with modern and simple furniture. It was equipped with everything needed, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. The beds were very comfy. The check-in process was super quick. The location was also excellent near many restaurants, pharmacies, and a Target store. A car is required to be able to move freely. The parking is free and just in front of the unit.

Our room was overlooking the parking lot, but it was okay as it was the last unit available considering the busy Holiday time.

Superb

In Orlando to enjoy Disney with family for Christmas holidays.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite with family, including 2 children. The rooms were large, full kitchen and laundry. Nicely decorated, everything was very clean or appeared new. Beds were extremely comfortable, even the pull out sofa bed. We liked that there was no cleaning before checkout required as with other rental properties. Close to Disney. Got a great rate for 3 nights.

Very strict about check out time of 10:00 am.

Overall my entire family really love the property especially the new addition of grill. Were already booked for two sta

Im a twice a year regular at the property and I love the location and wonderful staff there

The Unit #1306 needs an extreme deep carpet and behind the appliances cleaning. Visually the room is immaculate, but it has a horrid smell as if someones wet pet was in the room. I did not make any waves about it because we had #1308 and two other rooms in same building and I didnt want to take the chance and be move into another building. I purchase bath and body works candles to drawn out the smell but issue should be addressed.
