Exceptional

They allowed early check in anticipation of huge number of people coming in. Our check in was fast and smooth. We availed of the NYE dinner buffet. It was an intimate event, they didn't filled up the restaurant and we were able to enjoy our dinner.

Very enjoyable

General hotel was lovely .9/10, breakfast very good . We had a lovely room but felt it was a bit tired in places . Still great position within hotel .

Maybe a pocket guide on checking in , hotel meandered a bit between the 2 towers , being in the new tower we had to cross over a lot

A reliable place for staycation

We have stayed in Bellevue in the past. Staff very accommodating. Gave us rooms on the same floor. The Japanese and Chinese restaurants have good food. Breakfast buffet ok. Always a go-to place for staycations.

We had some problems with the air-conditioning in the room which we raised to the hotel.

I wouldnt come back for the price I paid.

Clean, quiet, good shower

Old, restaurant not many options, the vue bar is closed on Sundays and its the only day off I have in a week, the spa only opens in the afternoon, and the massage doesnt match the price they charge, the pool was dirty and the other pool under maintenance, and the pool bar is very poor, not many options, the air conditioner doesnt get cool enough during the daytime, the fan in the toilet does not work and the water leaks out from the shower, the breakfast dont have many options, breads are not fresh and bacon is not fresh as well.
