Very good

Self check in had good communication with host using Zalo for instructions..Comfortable bed. Wifi and TV worked well. Room was clean.

Nice, calm street, without much noise.

The owner changed the place of booking a few hours before check in due to some electrical problems in the previous reservation. The room was not very clean.

An agreeable stay

- Location was great with proper distance to Old Town and main historical relics but away from too touristy areas. Almost everything can be found along Ly Nam De street, from local eateries, fancy/concept restaurants, groceries, ... etc. - The room was spacious. AC works well. Shower is functional. - Easy access with door code and self-check-in.

- Either TV or the remote control was broken - There was a construction site right next to the building yet this was not mentioned.-> not quiet as marketed at the moment - Water was heated during the day so gets really hot; there was no way to adjust for cool water for showering. - Basic amenities e.g. clothes hanger and clothes rack could be added - Better to bring your own toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush,...) since the ones provided are low-quality. - The window (which was hidden behind the curtains) was open upon check-in -> difficult to notice, we had the AC on and wondered for a while why it still hadn't cooled down. - Communications/help from owner stopped the moment payment was completed. E.g. I paid the amount upon check-in day and didn't realize the TV was broken until the next day, but was ghosted by the owner.
