Great location but hotel needs improvement

Nice spacious hotel. Very central location near many stores and restaurants.

Very noisy room due to nearby construction, hardy slept. After complaining I was moved to a more quiet room. Hotel needs a revamp as it hasn't been restored in a while. The reception and doorman got into an argument in front of me because I addressed the wrong person. Needs more polish, not the same Swissotel it used to be...

An old but upgraded hotel not losing its charm

location. convenient and a short walk to the Jingansi station

the price charged for the breakfast is quite exorbitant. We skipped it and had good value for money meals outside the hotel

Superb

I like staying in the Jingan district in Shanghai as it is one of the nicest neighbourhoods. Its quite upscale actually. This hotel is right next to the beautiful Jingan temple.
