This is the only hospitality chain that I wilfully enrolled in their membership programme. Thats how much I enjoyed it

I loved everything about my stay. The staff were superb and pleasant, the property was very clean, the facilities were wonderful, good value for money. Special call out to Mohamed (the Executive Assistant Manager) for his warm hospitality, respect, and professionalism.

The breakfast could use a little improvement. The variety was great and the venue was wonderful, but the taste was slightly average.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Apartment was fairly large and situated in an area with lots of restaurants and stores.

Uncarpeted floors made it uncomfortable and easy to accumulate dirt (but house keeping always does a good job in daily cleaning). A bit difficult in leaving the hotel (afternoon and onwards) due to traffic.

One night in Al Juffair.

-Everything is good -Big apartment, 2 bedrooms, 4 toilets, living room, and kitchen. -Everything available in the apartment -Friendly staff -Very good breakfast -Just next door, there is all the restaurants, shops, pharmacy, & supermarket

-The only thing that no carpet in the floors even the bedroom. -No good soundproof.
