One of best hotels we have stayed at at this price point. Such amazing value for money.

The hotel was perfect in every sense. The staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Such a great variety and so much time to enjoy it to. Highly - highly recommendable.

A lovely hotel overall

Room was upgraded - lovely size to fit a family of four. Staff very very helpful

We had an issue with the toilet overflowing in the night which wasnt nice - staff did unblock the toilet but did not clear the mess but as we had a few hours to check out it was okay.

Wonderful stay in Surat. The best Hotel in town!

Best breakfast that I've ever had due to the kind of selection that they offer. Something that I used to look forward to aevery single day. The chefs knew me personally as I am a frequent traveller to this place.

I feel that all was good at this property and I had nothing to complain about. Even though it was wedding season when I arrived, they had more than enough staff to look after everyone's needs. Really well done to the management. Special thanks to Rakesh who helped me find my lost wallet with all valuables intact by following security protocols!
