You will enjoy your stay so much to do on site

The room and heated pool with the bar was very nice. It was cold when we visited so I didnt make my way around to the little beach thing they have the only problem I had was the hot tub had not been cleaned. There was dirt in Hair, blonde and brown hair in the hot tub. Good thing I bring cleaner with me. I didnt. All room service. As it was late when we arrived. I just cleaned out the tub so me and my husband could shower and go to sleep.

The hot tub wasnt clean so that made me feel like the entire bathroom wasnt cleaned since Covid I bring Lysol and cleaner and bleach just to freshen up the room and doorhandles to be a little safe. Good thing I have the bleach cleaner with me to clean the hot tub because it was very dirty and had blonde and brown hair Inside of it. Also, the hot tub button was pushed in and wouldnt come on. I think they need to have somebody come behind the cleaners and check the rooms or something like that or maybe it was just our luck and the rooms are usually clean all the way like theyre supposed to be .

Not happy with our stay

there seemed to be lots of activities at the resort. I loved that they had pools open until midnight and a pool side bar.

The rooms were tidy but it didn't look like much deep cleaning was ever done. The carpets were stained and the bed was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on.

The location, the amenities and the size of the accommodations.

The room was kind of dirty when we arrived, glitter on the ground, sparkles, rhinestones by baseboards, in the beds? nail polish on the floor? Not awful The dressers had seen better days, the drawers were worn and got stuck/ jammed.

gayer guard was rude, one of my guest cut his foot on a glass shard on the floor and the shower in the room was really small the shower head was horrible and there was a condom piece left in the shower.

Alligator scare

Great location and amenities. All the staff members were very nice. Plenty of activities to do throughout the day/week.

There was a very scary moment when my grandchildren and my daughter went paddle boating. Later that evening a few steps where they loaded into the boat, an alligator was spotted. This has terrified my family now. The children are constantly looking around for alligators on the property. Our last two days they stayed inside. This trip was my Christmas gift to them.

I would never stay there again for the amount of money that we paid

Ice maker didnt work internet didnt work the bed were uncomfortable. There was no blankets for the second bedroom there were roaches in the second bedroom. There were no towels for the bathroom when we finally did get extra blankets it took 30 minutes because housekeeping was closed TV did not work in the second bedroom safe didnt work.Light didnt work in master bedroom

Amazing holidays in Florida. A place we will definitely visit again

Location facilities. Security staff, checking in lady explaining the hotel and verifying parking coupon.

The cleaning staff and the lady at the reception was very rude while checking out.

I didn't enjoy our stay at all.

The location wasn't bad.

There were roaches there, the fridge and stove were extremely rusty, there were no wash cloths, I called for some and only towels were delivered. The front door was all banged up as if someone had been throwing rocks at the door repeatedly. A stranger was knocking at our door. There was no place on the 2nd floor to dispose of our garbage. I called for extra garbage bags and never received them.
