Perfect stay ahead of visit to Lapland.

Excellent location for what we needed. Room was fantastic and staff very accommodating. We had a meal in one of the outdoor pods, experience was very fantastic and good food.

Location, facilities, comfort and cleanliness. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Ideal location for touring around Windsor area and close to train links into London. Room was very spacious with lovely comfy bed, beautiful en-suite and plenty of storage facilities. We didn't eat there but the menu was varied and had something to suit everyone. This was our 2nd visit and we will be back next year.

Our room had sloping ceiling as was up in the roof area. Not a fan, but that's just a personal choice.

Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. Good food.

Clean, food was lovely and staff was very helpful.

I wasnt told about the breakfast not being free, and we only ate breakfast as we thought it was I. The price. But was a simple mistake not a problem, just thought it was worth a mention that you should make guests more aware.

Wed had a long but amazing day at Lapland, the hotel was less than 10 minutes away reception lady was so nice- quick & straight forward check in. We stayed in the stables and it exceeded all expectations, lovely kind touch leaving an activity pack on the bed for my 3 year old daughter- which she loved. Will definitely stay next year if were lucky enough to get tickets for Lapland again. Thanks for topping off an amazing day
