Good

Very comfortable and perfect location which was in the centre and near the castle entrance.

Toilet seat was loose. Wall paint was patchy in the bathroom and the shower knob facia was missing.

Disappointing

Fast running hot water for a bath. Location for our job Size of room

On our arrival at 5.20 we rang the bell hoping someone would still be there to let us in as we had not reviewed an emailed code. We mentioned our relief in regards to this to the man who answered the door who seemed to take it personally. He had a brusque manner, speaking only to my partner in an obvious attempt to diminish me. Unimpressed. We noticed the ear plugs on the nightstands and guessed they were there for a particular reason. This reason became clear at chucking out time when the voices of the pub and restaurant leavers were very audible. I disliked the soft mattress and the quality of the bedding - (polycotton) and hollow fibre pillows and duvet. The TV remote was very difficult to use. Each button needed pressing very hard several times for it to work. The bedside lights were too bright and the general lighting dull

The location is 2 minutes walk till Windsor Castle. The room was perfectly clean and warm. It was everything perfect from my point of view.

It was freezing cold outside but electric radiator was amazing, lovely decor, spacious enough room, clean. big bathroom, functional room. location: 2 minutes Breakfast room not locked out of breakfast hours so you could get teabags if needed. Very homely feel in breakfast room, small like, ear plugs provided as noisy neighbourhood in the evening, we could leave luggage after check out. Location is superb: 2 min from Windsor castle. If you want to park your car, use Just Park app. We parked for 2 nights 4 min walk away. total 20 pounds. lovely staff, easy to self check in-out. Cheaper and closer than recommended by hotel parking

view from window: brick wall, no 505, breakfast room was very cold in the morning but I turned up radiator and it heated up quickly. Croissants vere stale I wish we could check out at 11? There is a modern bar nearby so on weekend there was a big noise coming from there but ear plugs worked quite well

brilliant location could not of been more central to everything

brilliant location, only frustrating thing when checking the location when we arrived we could see the current price which included breakfast and our didn't and was over 100 cheaper than what we had booked and we thought we had a good price as non refundable when booked and paid weeks in advance

the lack of staff and was quite nosiy in the middle of the night with people leave or a pub or nightclub at 3am

Great location, but poor internet reception and worn out mattress

Location was excellent, self checkin was easy, staff were freindly and helpful. Good heat on a cold night. Perfect location for visiting the castle.

There was no internet reception in my room, the bed was completely worn out, and there is noise at night from a nightclub nearby (earplugs provided tho).

Perfection!

Perfection! Great location (1 block from Windsor Castle), restaurants and shops all around. The room was hugewoth comfortable chairs/tablep, bathroom large, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. This was the last night of a long trip and just the perfect way to spend our last night before flight home Really appreciated the detailed instructions and pictures for location and check in. Highly Recommend!

Wonderful stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Spacious room.

Not the properties fault, but the night we stayed, people were partying on the street until well past 3:30 am. So, if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs.
