Very good

Clean, modern and well decorated dorms. The 4 bed dorm was amazing! Lots of space! Good areas to relax and free coffee and toast. Staff were amazing, especially Opal who arrived early to let us check in to a free room when our bus arrived early.

Good location and cheap

The receptionist and staff were really really nice. The place is cheap and you get what you pay for

When walking into the next dormitory it smelled damp and humid. My biggest gripe is that the bathrooms are a long walk away from the dormitories. So if you need to wake up and pee in the middle of the night, you're in for a long trek

The staff, location and the hot showers were amazing! The terrace in front of the hostel was nice to meet people, to play cards and to hang around. Really CLEAN place.

The mattresses and roomsize were okay. There were soft and hard ones and we got a topper if you ask for it. It was comfortable with the topper. Me and the friends I made there, enjoyed it soo much but the hostel needs a pool table, some social events or something else to collect the guests to be a perfect stay for everyone

Nice facilities, the best and most clean toilets and bathrooms among all hostels i stayed in Thailand. The owner is kind, and smiling. They have a huge area common areas where you can chill and/or work. I really love the vibes of this hostel.

Staff were not so nice, and not systematic. I stayed in the hostel for 3 days already and when I booked for a room upstairs, they still made me wait to check-in until 2 pm even though there's really an available bed already. Made me feel bad, i felt homeless for a couple of hours. I should have just gone to another hostel then if I knew that they will treat me like a newcomer. Very hassle to have all my stuffs outside and wait for long hours just to move to another room.

Superb

We were greeted instantly, even though we werent in reception yet as there were other people in there. They gave us water and offered to carry my bags as I had an injury. The beds were comfy, although Ive heard some can be really hard. They do have a free very very basic breakfast (they didnt tell us about it though until the second morning).

The bathrooms could have used more cleaning, the womens had hair everywhere. They dont offer service such as booking onwards travel, we were just told to go to the bus station. The laundry service is more than 24hrs, so if you are only staying one day it doesnt really work for you.
