1. Location - far from the beach and all the local facilities 2. No wardrobe in the room 3. No bathrobes, slippers, vanity sets in the room. You have to ask for anything you need

Very good

Very nice hotel with a lot of sports activities offered. The bar and the restaurant were the best so far in Thailand and highly recommended. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Would mainly recommend to guests who are into sports, as the gym is huge and the group classes offered very professional.

The location is a little off but there is a scooter rental right next to the hotel. The room was big but was lacking a proper closet.

Great hotel and amazing staff! Not sure if I can call it 5 star but it was a pleasant stay and experience.

It wasnt 5 star and unfortunately we were given a room that looked out onto the back road.

This hotel went bigger than they can handle

the concept of this hotel is great. Phuket is a great option to choose if you want to work out and relax at the same time. the gym is very nice and cool looking. The decor is nice and functional.

Rooms: the rooms are not clean. I saw the same dust for two days on the counter and I had to tell the staff twice. they also didnt change the sheets because I didnt place the change sheets card even though it was stained. I had to take pictures to show the reception. There is no robe or slippers on the rooms. Spa: the spa is a separate company operating inside the hotel. They will leave you charge on your room but they dont trust you with their towels and robes. We booked 3 treatments, which were really good, but they clearly told us they can give us robes or towels and that we had to return them TODAY! Staff: general attitude problems from some of the staff. There was no Thai culture which is full of respect and warmth. Food: breakfast and in room service were both pretty bad. Clinic: is a little bit of a money making machine. O have mixed feelings about it so I wont go further with this. Gym: they tell you gym is open 24/7. its not. Location: this isnt the place for you if you wanna treat it as a hotel to sleep at only because youll end up wasting a lot of time commuting. Its a good location if youre planning to stay around and train.

We had a great stay at stay wellbeing. Would recommend for anyone who likes a relaxing yet vibrant place to stay.

Incredibly beautiful place to be for holidays. Clean and very nice. The pool is incredible and there are 2 other pools in case it gets crowded. Pool bar easy and accessible with both food and drinks. A bit pricy for Thailand but reasonable for the resort. Phuket town 1hour away, nearest beach 20 mins and big Buddha 30mins. Outside the hotel there is a lovely Thai guy who rents scooters and also provides laundry service for 1kg/100bhat -very cheap and all cloths were tidy and clean. Absolutely recommend this place. It even has its own clinic service if a doctor is needed.

Tv does not allow to connect your phone and either it had Netflix app on it.
