very nice overall

staff was super nice and helpful, Room was cute and clean very nice. would definitely stay again.

breakfast was not as nice as the pictures online , We decided to eat somewhere else my room was a bit warm and did not cool down but not to bad I just like sleeping cold

Great location, food, clean and hospitable

The location was great for our event. Uber's found it easily and didn't have to wait long. Breakfast, a great choice of options. Mostly the staff were great except one incident.

Communication from the checkin team member to myself and other team members. The way another team member handled the situation was not professional at all but the general manager stepped in and resolved the issue thankfully, alot of work is needed on the team members personal skills here!

Area was really nice

Hidden parking fees. Less than helpful front desk. Renovated main lobby and breakfast area but the rooms were really dated and didnt look anything like the pictures

The elevators were very slow - My family and I always had to take the stairs. It was much faster than waiting. Some things were still under construction when we went so it was a little messy.

Staff and food

The pool was outside and it was really dirty, so if we wanted to swim, we wouldn't have been able too. The bed was not very comfortable for a Marriott Hotel.
