Disappointing

Kind host but not very clean

Communication with the host was really good. Saf was helpful and replied very fast to our messages.

The floor of our room hadn't been cleaned and towels were still wet. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom or in our room, so we had to buy some. We also did not find trash cans in our room or in the bathroom. Also the cups in our room were already used and the shared bathroom wasn't too clean either.

great location, lovely neighborhood with greenery and tranquility. the room was cozy and the host was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

the water heater was in our room which constantly made noise given there was someone in the bathroom.

Very good

A great space in a lovely neighborhood!

It was a lovely space, very clean, and even though it was a bit far from the city center, it was very well located in a calm neighborhood with lovely staff (Saf was extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay).

I would've loved to have access to a kitchen. Food storage was offered by staff (which was very kind and ultra helpful at all times) but unfortunately, there were no kitchen facilities and it would've been super handy as we stayed for 3 nights.

But

Staff very super helpful and welcoming. Close to shopping area.

Difficulty getting back into lift area to collect my partner as in a wheelchair as I'd left fob in apartment as instructed. So I guess it's important to ensure that you keep fob and keys until you're sure it's your last journey to car etc.
