Quiet, clean, really well positioned for a stay in the lovely Trastevere. Very friendly and helpful staff (Alice and co). Easy to get to from the airport by public transport. Excellent value for money.

Highly recomended!

The location of the room is perfect. All major sightseens are easily accesible (even on foot). The room is very comfortable (for a family of 4!), and very clean. The staf are very helpfull and polite (spacial thancs to Alice!). There is no breakfast served but there's a fridge and a ketle in the room and everyday you get renewd coffee an tee. All around the hotel are located varius places for any kind of breakfast so this is no problem at all.

The room was simple yet spacious. There was a mini fridge and supplies for a quick coffee or tea. The location was great for us. Just a quick little walk into the heart of Trastevere.

The bed was quite firm for me, my husband liked it though.

Great location, safe, clean, good value for stay overall

I almost never write reviews but this place is worth it and wanted to set the record straight because some of the other reviews almost scared me off. From a 2 week trip through Venice, Florence, and Rome this ended up being my favorite hotel. Amazing location, safe, clean, quiet enough (didnt hear any other guests etc), AC works, and the staff was so friendly! Not super fancy but completely fit our needs and was priced accordingly. I would 100% stay here again! One tip- if you are a nervous traveler, ask for the airport shuttle to come a little early. It was called too close for my comfort and we ended up taking a freenow instead, probably would have been fine but a note for my fellow anxious travelers, they can set it up earlier if you prefer! Huge thanks to Angela and Tommaso for the friendly and professional customer service

A no-frills spot that is unique and well-run. Served us and our budget well.

Great little place. Staff is wonderful and the location is perfect. Very little amenities to speak of but we knew that going in. They did have a few spare outlet adapters to lend us which was awesome! The bathrooms are very cute - love the black and white tile. I saw such extreme reviews of the beds on here - some people said they were terrible and some people said they were the comfiest beds ever. The truth is they're just fine! Nothing to write home about but not uncomfortable.

Very good

The room was clean, nice and fluffy pillows, nice view, nice location good enough to walk around everywhere. The receptionist was very friendly and calm. Very easy to find the hotel, good connection with the tram, not too far from the FCO airport. The hotel staff were making our beds nicely every day which was really appreciated.

The host was willing to fix the water issue (there was no warm water, found out at 9PM), only after expressing a big disappointment about it. Would have preferred immediate action on a matter that goes without saying and not saying "we will check tomorrow morning". I mean, you pay a hotel for a bed and a shower. However, after insisting that they try to see if they can fix it tonight, they took action and the warm water was back. Although the issue was fixed, I am not sure I would choose a hotel again that only has reception support by appointment, to avoid such unpleasant surprises. Also the room I stayed in was right in front of the exit door, so I could hear every tenant coming and going at night and in the morning. Also, one night we had to walk up to the fourth floor because the elevator was stuck (the door had not closed properly). This is not the hotel's fault but it is something to note for people that are elderly or physically cannot walk all these steps up.
