A good stay for the cheap price.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was also very nice.

In our bathroom above the shower had a hole in the ceiling. The view from our room was nonexistent so we kept the window closed the entire time.

Disappointing

Convenient location but will not book here again

Location is convenient and close to the majority of the citys attractions.

When we arrived, there was literally nobody at the reception for half an hour. We had the impression that the whole facility is really short of staff (the receptionist came for the check in holding in her hands some screwdrivers and other tools). The room was not so very clean (several long black hair and I am blonde, so not mine) plus a black shoe step in the middle of the bath tub. The worst was the fact that, even if it should have been a smoke free facility, some people in the room in front of us were smoking weed with the door open and, after New Years Eve celebration, came back to their room evidently drunk, screaming and shouting.

Decent stay for a solo traveler

It was close to most food attractions for friends to meet at.

I thought room service would straighten up when I was out most of the day but once I came back no one cleaned.

Good

No cups or glasses in the room. The ist floor button (lobby) ddidn't work in on of the elevators. Breakfast was too expensive so we opted to use a restaurant instead. Booking.com said there was a microwave in the room. There wasn't one and the Front Desk said Booking.com got it wrong
