We enjoyed our stay in Vancouver and would definitely stay in another Sonder location again!

The building, room and furniture were clean and well-kept. They had the basic necessities for our stay. It was especially nice having coffee, tea, salt and pepper in the kitchen (since other places we stayed in the past did not). Location was walking distance to restaurants, markets, and shopping. It felt a bit strange having no staff attending the lobby, but contacting customer service was easy to answer questions. The use of the keypad code for building and room access ended up being very convenient since there was no key to lose! This is definitely the future.

The identity verification process was challenging since the website/app seemed down, but contacting customer service helped remedy the situation in a timely manner. Next time it would be best to do this step well before the trip to avoid any mishaps! Parking is a bit tight, therefore you will have to know the dimensions of your car to maneuver your way in and out of the parking spaces provided.

Great apartment! Will use their services again in the future!

The entire check-in/check-out process is flawless-paid for parking in app, got door code that worked. When we left, we just closed the door and walked away. The building is very new and clean, and the apartment was big and well-equipped. Great kitchen! Extra towels, toilet paper, etc. in the lobby. Super central location.

Very clean and a great size apartment with well equipped kitchen, a balcony and massive bed

The reservation process with sounder is a nightmare for an international traveller. You have to submit so much personal information about yourself to complete the reservation that it almost felt like a scam. Once we arrived the codes for entry didnt work and took almost an hour of getting several different codes that didnt work and being told that we can solve all problems just by downloading the app before the person that was working there finally decided to let us in

Spacious, modern and well-equipped apartment - like having your own place right next to Davie Street

Very spacious, modern and well-equipped apartment. Great kitchen facilities, modern and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed, and ideal location on quiet residential street but just one block from Davie Street village with all its shops, bars and restaurants.

Relaxing app in the middle of huzzle and buzzle

Easy access via doorcode, great room with small bathroom but with a very well equipped kitchen with coffee, tea maker incl tea and coffee, oven, microwave pots psns, cutlery. It gas a big tv with Roku and options to log in to your Netflix, Disney etc account. Amazing comfy bed with 6 pillows so there is always one that has the right thickness to it. Davie sreet is very close, this has many restaurants, grocery store and some shops. There are buses there but also in Burrard street 5 min walk away. Appreciated the luggage storage lockers and the chats with staff via the Sonder app.

The windows and door to balcony were thin and not very soundproof but they did put earplugs in the room. It does quiet down a bit at night so I was still able to get a good night.
