Convenient

Close to Skytrain station Many restaurants nearby especially the shopping avenue Robson Street Room is on 6th floor, next door to the roof top Windows in the master room and sitting room, so very good natural light, Suggest to add indoor lighting Well equipped kitchen

Seems that upper floors of the same building does not belong to the hotel but other residents who can access with the lifts' just a concern of security Not enough lighting Pillow is too soft Prefer to add hand-carry shower It does not make sense that the hotel is not able to provide me receipt even though they charged on my credit card. Instead, I am suggested to ask Booking.com to provide me with the receipt. This is the first time I heard about this practice

The property felt like a luxury villa without the price of one. Highly recommended.

The property felt inviting with great facilities. The pool was clean and the area organized. The gym was big and had all the essentials. They had everything needed to make you feel like you are on vacation. The location was great too. I love how much essentials were available in the room. The room felt like a villa. The front staff was very friendly too. I had an amazing stay there.

Staff were very helpful

Opposite a strip club and dubious characters entering hotel security poor anyone could walk in off the road!!! The hallways smell foul and the rooms are not serviced!!! It needs total refurbishment!!

Very good

Room had everything we needed, ok size. A walk-in wardrobe and washing machine in the room were a big plus. Walkable distance from downtown, close to restaurants and shops. Staff was very friendly. Didn't use the pool or hot tub because of bad weather so can't rate that.

As mentioned above, room was ok, but also had a rather simple, boring design, and was a bit dark.

A family friendly stay in the heart of Vancouver.

The serviced apartments are in a fantastic location and have all of the facilities you need for a comfortable family stay. The hot tub and pool were well utilised by our children and we loved feeling at home whilst away. There are excellent public transport, shopping, restaurants and budget friendly eats close by. Staff were wonderful and we loved our stay.

Passable

If tub was working and we were on a higher floor would have been great. But unfortunately was poor stay this time

Hot tub was not working during our stay, this we were looking forward too and no notice or anything. The gym is on p1 and we stayed on the first floor. At 6am was woken up to weights crashing on the floor. This continued for most of morning. Do not stay on the 1st floor
