A great place and location overall with delicious food at Cafe and Dining Restaurant

Close to everything and very comfortable, loved the lift rides and smooth check out. Helpful and friendly employees, mostly room maids, Gerry at concierge and Judy+Matthew in Dining Restaurant. Cafe and Restaurant had tasty and delicious food on menu and great coffee.

* Breakfast wasn't included in price and we didn't get back our personal white towel in great condition that was removed from our room without asking. *Credit Cards accepted only for deposit and not considering cash on hand as an option which was my case as people come from different backgrounds and are comfortable with other ways of life. * Most employees around the hotel didn't look friendly and had no smiles on there faces at all which was sad and discouraging.

Superb

An ideal hotel with all the facilities we needed for a short stay in a great location.

The room was an ideal size. We especially found having a kitchen very useful so we were able to eat in on occasions. The location was great, in the centre of the city and a short bus ride to the harbour front.

We really enjoyed our stay and don't have anything negative to say.

Great Location

The location is excellent for accessing most venues in the downtown Vancouver core. Good secure parking was nearby and a very good value considering the location of the hotel and compared to other similar hotels. We were upgraded to a higher and larger room which was very nice. The facilities were exactly as advertised which is always nice. The front desk staff were professional and well groomed.

The room was big, separate sitting area, enjoyed the balcony.

The sheets felt like plastic, not soft or comfortable. The room was too hot, no control over temperature. TV did not work well, remote needed batteries.
