Overall, guests enjoyed their stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Vancouver Downtown. The hotel had a great location near the stadium and within walking distance to various shops and attractions. The st (Read More)aff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was convenient, although some guests felt it was average. Parking was more expensive than advertised. The only downsides were noisy AC and issues with water pressure in the shower.

All in all it was a good one with the negative things on the side.

Location, staffs, cleanliness, breakfast

Expensive limited parking, No pool, and their jacuzzi was under maintenance.

Exceptional

A great place to stay as a family and we look forward to staying again soon.

We enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. As a family of 4 we loved that the laundry was free to use as often as we needed to as this took a lot of stress out of having to have coins on hand. Made our trip less expensive. Also fabulous that there was an ice and water machine. Great location, close to everything.

The treadmills were broken and the gym equipment was limited. Small shower space.

its not nice to book for one day but your day is less than 24 hours . i had a flight at 9 pm , and check out was at 11 am !!!!!!!!! first time i see a hotel telling me check out 11 , seriously i didn't like it and they didn't accept me to stay more or to extend it at least for 2 hours

The room is very clean and tidy, has a light fragrance and has supporting facilities.

Our room was on the left side of the elevator entrance. Next to the door was the room where the employees kept cleaning supplies. It was a bit noisy from the frequent opening and closing of the door. The room heating system is very loud and can wake people up. The power of the electric kettle is very small and it takes a long time, at least dozens of minutes, to heat the water.Breakfast not diverse enough I think

Satisfactory over all. Amazing location

My room was great. Close to the elevator. Great view.

The breakfast was not the greatest so we had a piece of toast as there was only 1 waffle maker and a huge line up. The rest was not very visually appealing. A 6 ft underground parking was offered but definitely did not fit our vehicle. Public parking was the only option offered and was very expensive. Thought maybe a hotel with only a 6ft clearance would at least have supplemented parking place with comparable prices. ( a deal with the parkade )
