The response from the villa rental company and the owner to problems was excellent but the location was not very attract

The property was very nice outside although the pool filter system didnt work all the time and the chairs were not very comfortable

The interior was dated the kitchen was poor, the fridge was rusty and the pillows were very uncomfortable

A nice holiday with lots of relaxation.

The environment, the location and the silence of the surroundings. The outdoor area with pool. The size and air conditioning of the house.

The kitchen equipment should be renewed, cutlery, pots & pans, no trash can in the kitchen. Better basic set of cleaning utensils. The ants problem in the kitchen should be fixed. The beds in the bedrooms are no longer contemporary.

the outdoor area is great: the pool and the yard

the house needs updates on appliances, pots and pans, couch in the living room, and bathroom fixtures. pillows and blankets had damp (mildew) smell to them. the house had no soap of any kind in the house. there were also areas that needed to be cleaned (corners of floors, ceilings, cabinets inside). we also got issues with ants as they were all over the kitchen counters after the first night (we put out ant traps but it didnt seem to help much). lastly, the air conditioner in the main area wasnt functioning properly.

Lovely stay!

The amazing garden and pool, with nice green grass with olive trees, lemon trees, flowers! Location very nearby beach (8 min), supermarket (6 min) and Alcudia/Pollenca by car.

Actually nothing! But if we need to mention something: it would be nice to have some soap, dishwashing liquid and brush or cleaning cloth.
