Beautiful villa, but not worth the headache in dealing with SOL Living.

Beautiful villa in a nice location. Garden and pool were nice.

Host was not responsive to my email inquiries. I was not able to get my questions effectively answered until the day before the villa was rented. I had 15 guests, which was clearly communicated to the Host in addition to a caterer of three staff. I made this clear to the Host. However, security would not let the caterer in as there were already 15 guest at the villa. Although the Host was aware of the numbers, she did not advise me that the caterers would be considered guests. I had to speak with the head of security for 30 minutes to get the matter resolved. Lack of responsiveness by the Host, and the Host not advising that the plan provided was not within the Nakeel rules, caused challenges until the last minute. Lastly, the garden patio and pool area was a mess and not cleaned for guests. There was a thick layer of dust on the pavement and all patio furniture. I had to clean the garden and pool area myself prior to guest arrival.

Besuriful villa, a wonderful experience during the stay.

Loved the location, you could walk straight out onto the beach through the living room doors. We had our own private pool and two living rooms. All rooms were beautiful decorated and were very clean when we arrived. There was plenty of parking spaces, 2 cars in the garage, 2 just outside and plenty of other parking around the villa. There was a boom box in the living room so we could play our own music. The kitchen had all that you needed and the fridge and freezer were an excellent size. We would have loved to have stayed longer.

The lack of communication from the company was extremely frustrating. Very difficult to get hold of anybody via the phone numbers provided, the email address and via booking.com. There was miscommunication between staff regarding the deposit and if the passport copies had been received. The cleaners were still there at 3pm and did not leave until 3:25. It was a bit strange when they asked if they could stay in the garage until 4pm, but luckily left earlier.
