The view

The ac in the main living room didnt work, there were ants everywhere, recieved the location of the property an hour before check in even though i have asked numerous times. Overall i was very disappointed for the amount of money paid and to receive something so poorly.

Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. The quality of the premises is not bad but customer service is very unprofessional. In short, their website description was inaccurate making it impossible for guests to visit you while you stay in the villa. Nowhere it says that you need to pre-register your visiting guests 2 hours before arrival with passports and there is a cut off at 11pm for registering. We were here for my birthday and visiting guests were not able to enter the premises. We were told about the strict visiting guests rules the night of the arrival at 7pm and basically forced to sign on a small cell phone screen as we didnt have pretty much any options at the moment. The next day we left to a hotel and had to pay an extra $2500 for 3 rooms. When we complained to multiple managers we were offered an extra free night and a cleaning lady. Mind you we already left hence their assistance was useless. That was my birthday week and the team at Maison privee made sure I had the best birthday. I travel the world but never had such an unprofessional response hence I am avoiding to do business with them in the future, and you should do as well. Bottom line, the website description was inaccurate for their listing about visiting guests and 2 months later is still not updated. We were fooled and caught by surprise hence requested a refund but they redirected us to a no cancellation policy and offered a free cleaning lady. Once more, book elsewhere!

What a memorable stay! A super spacious modern villa with an amazing private pool

The location is perfect for tourists on weekly/monthly vacations. Burj Khalifa 15mins cab, The IconicDubai Marina 10min Cab. World famous Mall of theEmirates 10 min cab.Our hosts were fantastic, They wentabove and beyond to accommodate our every request. They were very welcoming and timely with their responses.
