Overall nice rooms and lovely staff

Nice rooms with great views. The gym was really good.

Hotel is a bit dated, bar and restaurant needs an upgrade. Food (breakfast) is a little basic/average quality

Fabulous Milestone Celebration

We celebrated our 40th Wedding Anniversary, as we spent our Wedding night there, our son gave us this night as a present gift. We had access to Club Lounge where we checked in, with ease. We then had a wonderful afternoon tea in Club Lounge. Our Corner sweet was Fabulous on the 48th floor. We then went down to Pre dinner drinks and canapes, all included in price , including cocktails. We had planned to go out for dinner , but we were so comfortable and service incredible, we didn't need to leave hotel. Breakfast Was fabulous, when it was finally time to leave reluctantly, we checked out on 35th floor and waited with lattes while the car was bought around. The Service from Valet was impeccable. The service from the Club Sofitel staff was unbelievable . The Cleaning Staff were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. A Stupendous Stay. Thank you

Earlier in the week when ringing to confirm spoke to a great receptionist. He was very helpful. However, when I rang day before stay, the receptionist was quite rude.

Very good

Great location, clean and comfortable room. Slight noise issue but still recommended.

Lovely hotel, the room was very comfortable. Great location with a safe driveway. Highly recommended, despite the noise below.

The only problem I had was on the first night it felt like my room was right on top of a nighclub. They didn't give me any concession.

All round great!

Return visit for us - had spent some time there last year. Breakfast consistently good - colleagues rated it as one of the best chain hotel breakfasts.

Nothing to add here really - though having to check out at 11am on a public holiday was hard work!

Very comfy bed. Quiet room. Well appointed. Light switches a little difficult to operate.

No 35 Restaurant - over rated food, poor service and over priced. For our special night for husbands birthday, very very disappointing.

For $450.00 for one night it was disappointing to have been treated the way were.

My colleague who was also staying the same night got an upgrade so it was nice to be able to spend time with them in their room which had a separate lounge room. The girl who brought us water and a chocolate was very kind. Bed was comfortable.

We were left standing at reception for some time whilst the person behind the desk kept typing on the computer. It would have been manners and kind if this person had of said hello to us first and said he wouldn't be long. Instead just left us standing waiting which was uncomfortable. When I asked about our room if it had a bath. Was told that it had a separate bath and shower which it didn't. It was a shower over the bath. We were not told about the free wifi either. I believe that your staff should explain to the guests about the wifi, this is not that hard and would be helpful I believe. I would recommend training your staff on better customer etiquette. First impressions are important and to be treated like we were was really disappointing. Was made to feel like we were an inconvenience.
