Everything. Great room, excellent shower (good water pressure), great comfy bed, wonderful terrace, very helpful and polite staff, lovely building and interior design. Room with free bar and nespresso coffee machine.

Only 2 things: lack of decaffeinated pods and the toilet door!!!! Not very private really.

Location was great and the staff were very friendly. They upgraded our room for free and we liked the free amenities in the bathroom and mini bar.

Exceptional staff

Ive had the pleasure of staying at many of the worlds best hotels and this one is definitely worth a visit. Staff really went out of their way to ensure everything was comfortable. The mini bar was a nice touch.

After being treated so well by the staff I now have to return to the real world. If you wanted to make a minor improvement to the rooms you could install usb charging by the bed.
