Great staycation with family and friends!

Pools, gym, location, breakfast all great

Would like the outdoor pool to open earlier than 4pm, maybe like noon or 1pm would be nice

Loved the outdoor heated & indoor pools! Amazing complimentary breakfast!

It's beautiful and love the updates! The new indoor pool is incredible for kids

The maids thought I left after the first night so my desert that was in the fridge was thrown out and my pillow was taken. They did get me new dessert & found my pillow it was just upsetting

Very good

Convenient to the Hospital

Room was larger than expected. Bed was comfortable. All rooms were clean and tidy.

Hot water took quite a while to make it to the shower.

Disappointing

Location

It smell old and musty. There was a convention going on, and the room we got was right next to the convention doors so we were unable to relax in the morning. And the fact that we got a complementary breakfast with them telling us how much it wouldve cost, that was very inappropriate to me.
