Family holiday

The warm welcoming and the hospitality .Very proffessional staff ever smiling and willing to assist at any given time.The breakfast super prepared and serving stuff great job.Mr James the butler you have become a song to my kids loved you for your kindness.Cleanness from housekeeping team so excellent.Also golf pro shop made a day for my family we had 18 holes play.Everything at Simola executed on time and real made value for our stay.

Nice views from the mountain top location, nice indoor pool. Big suites, well equipped. Good breakfast buffet.

Not well maintained, lots of defects, many stains in carpets and on chairs. Overall not a "5 star" standard. Room service meals were cold and below expectations. Coffee service at breakfast unbelievably slow and not attentive. Overall not worth the money.

I wouldnt return

The facilities are great. I enjoyed the views. They are everything.

The manner in which the facilities are put was not well thought through if I am coming with my family to rest. Last thing I expect is a gang of school kids and events after events and the space is crowded. We couldnt even walk out from the pool area to our rooms so the place is not ideal for vacation with peace of mind in mind and the heated in door area not allowing mommies with young ones is just not on the area is not necessarily family friendly and the one that I did not appreciate was not getting the room I paid and requested for when making my bookings.

Poor housekeeping! Dirty appliances and wardrobes; stained carpets; insufficient utensils etc for self catering. Not 5 star!

Still amazing needs a little maintenance here and there otherwise well preserved over time

Need to enforce rules abit better gym and quite pool had noisy kids in it when we went there Halaal friendliness needs to be reviewed and perhaps a Muslim staff member in the kitchen would be invaluable

Relaxing, Tranquil Scenic Getaway

The views, pool and serenity was truly relaxing. Breakfast enjoyable albeit a little limited. Padal courts an exciting new addition to the hotel and the housekeeping was amazing. The Rooms / Accommodation is very comfortable in that it offers an open area lounge kitchen and seating area which makes a huge difference when one has kids and in so do not feel cramped.

Certain areas could use a bit of a refresh, no access to golf carts unless one is golfing, (should make them available to the hotel guests who might play around if they got to see the actual course).
