Good

Overall it was a good stay but too pricey for the services offered.

Swimming pool, Waterfall and hot water pool, terrace garden.

Room was too pricey. No one attended the Roof top hydro therapy tub issues in time. The hotel even refused to give a water bottle post checkout before leaving the property. No bell boys to help with luggage transfer to rooms.

The aircon wasnt working properly and the technician didnt even turn up. They dont even have a do not disturb bell function and my baby was awaken by the house keeping staff .

Love the ambience of the hotel.

There is no water hose at the toilet seat area. Shower hose to far away from toilet bowl.

Passable

Not good value money considering the amount charged per night very disappointed

Outdoor pool was exceptional with the surrounding palm trees and shrubs.

Stayed here 11 years ago and was disappointed that the accommodation had not been updated and was badly in need of modernisation

Very good

The pool and surrounds were magical! Loved the eco feel of the resort.

The only thing I would have changed is the room location due to its proximity to the beach bars. Room soundproofing was adequate to diminish the noise on all bar the Saturday night, when the windows almost rattled from the very loud music. Not the hotels fault, as the offending bar was new.
