Safe, clean, restaurants around the hotel.

Far ( location in china town) Breakfast not included. Too expensive the break fast for few choices . No slippers . Not provide electric adaption .

I stayed in this hotel for two days, when I left, the hotel deducted my parking fee from my deposit, and then I also paid the parking fee when I left, so I asked them to refund the parking fee, but they did not return it, and they also needed various certificates, which was very troublesome. House keeping wasnt to such hotels standard, One day the towels would be replaced but the beds are not fixed, empty used glasses were left without cleaning or replacing etc

Good choice as base for couples or families wiith a car

Very quiet and very comfortable king bed room with both a coffee maker and a kettle (so we could make our own tea with bags we bring when traveling). Hotel includes spacious public areas and good amenities. Used room service for evening meal and found it to be quick and the food choices were reasonable given the hotel's location in China Town part of San Gabriel.

Breakfast buffet was sparse for the style of hotel but may have suffered from the nearby in-house Starbucks taking some of the breakfast trade. Area around hotel appears to be in the midst of being re-developed and only a few things in easy walking distance.

Would most likely not stay in this property again.

Nice and safe neighbourhood.

Several problems; there was a constant smell throughout the hotel, the breakfast menu was very limited and mostly food was not present, linen isnt fresh and towels were even torn from a side.

Comfortable and good value.

The entire hotel facility is very nice. The room was comfortable. Would stay here again.

The spa was one of the main reasons we booked here. Then they never opened and never answered the phone, even after 11am. My wife was sad. Parking fees for guests are somewhat understandable, but never fun. Parking was a little high for San Gabriel, this isn't downtown LA.
