Location and easy access from highway

Reception and check in - took long time and I had to argue with them that I have two rooms booked while the lady at the reception insisted that I only booked one room. Long time to resolve!

Beautiful and clean building brighten the center of a nice neighborhood

The rooms were clean and well kept. The halls were also extremely clean. The grounds were well manicured.

Probably Ok for a short business trip, otherwise avoid.

Not clean enough. Staff performance haphazard, some tried, some were lazy, not a great impression.

Superb

Clean and spacious room and excellent service. Staff was helpful. We were in town for knee replacement surgery and the walk in shower with bench was exactly what we needed. The room was roomy enough to easily get around with a walker.

Disappointing

Staff was very friendly and accommodating to resolve issues.

The pad lock in my first room did not work and it took several times to get a new set of keys to work. It was after I had settled into the room and when I walked out for dinner that I discovered that the room door did not lock from the outside. The pad lock had a dead battery and I had to move to another room, which had a mildew odor that caused me to sneeze continuously. After having settled into my second room, I was then moved to a third room which was much more pleasant. The staff was very helpful to get me situated. Overall, it was disappointing, but I'm glad that the issue was resolved before I had gone to bed in the first room unaware of the unlocked door.
