Nice but loud.

Hotel and rooms were nice. Location was good. Price was fair.

Biggest complaint and why I probably wouldn't stay here again is the doors (atleast on our floor) all slam shut and are incredibly loud. I booked this hotel to get a goodnight sleep, but all night long it was doors slamming and slamming. I've had this issue at some other hotels, but this is by far the worst I've ever had.

Very Clean Facility

I wasn't tracking they don't provide microwave in the rooms, which to me was bad. we had to go downstairs at the reception every time we wanted to warm up something. That wasn't convenient for family with children. We had to pay for wifi if not a royalty member.

The lobby bistro was amazing

The shower was absolutely terrible and the heating system was not good. The water pressure was also not good considering the level of this hotel. I expect better from a Marriott hotel. It was pretty chilly outside and having cold to warm shower water made it worse.

Lovely and I got the most for my buck

The ambiance of the hotel was peaceful and clean. The bartender was very welcoming. Also the hotel was the perfect place for a photo opportunity lol so many beautiful sculptures

It was just off a major highway and was somewhat convenient to nearby shopping center (15 minutes away).

The bathroom layout was awful. The lighting for the mirror vestibule was very dim and neither my mother nor I could see to apply our contacts or makeup. Counter space for storing our toiletries or even just a set of clothes while we showered was practically nonexistent. Inside the room for the toilet/shower, there was no towel bar to hang towels to dry. The two towel hooks (one of the wall and one across the room on the back of the door) were impractical and would have been out of reach for anyone with accessibility needs. To encourage people to actually hang their towels for environment/conservation efforts, you should add an actual towel bar instead of those puny hooks.
