Exceptional

Super clean and friendly hotel.

The room was very clean. Loved the extras like the real nice blow dryer, Kurieg coffee maker, free water, and ice cold fridge. We stayed 2 nights, and housekeeping came in the 2nd day and did an outstanding job cleaning our room. Even organized my mess of makeup and jewelry for me. The front staff was also extremely friendly.

The double not queen beds, and a little lumpy and very hard. Could also use nicer comforters. The lo action was next to Southside Blvd and felt a little uneasy when I went to nearby stores, seeing people fighting, and cops arresting people. But felt very safe in the Hotel.

Friendly hospitality in JAX

Its the friendly atmosphere the staff create. The people tending the bar and kitchen are delightful. Nothing is too much trouble as they whip up some dinner for you. The lobby, though not flash, is a friendly gathering space.

It was a very nice experience!

The location was close to the beach and the TIAA Bank field stadium! And there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Luggage carts were not available upon leaving early (6:45am). The front desk staff said that the guest must have them all in their rooms.

Facilities and location wonderful

Had to pay for breakfast, which is normally free, and the front desk clerk was not as friendly as you would expect. Also she was eating her dinner at the font desk which isn't very professional.

Good until I had to pay.... getting a refund for getting double charged is a nightmare.

I got double charged after talking with the hotel staff about the arrangement.

It was somewhat clean

We stopped at this hotel late in the evening just to sleep and get up early and back on the road, the people next to us and across from us were up all night being loud in the hallway and slamming doors all night. I called the front desk, they did nothing and never offered to do anything to make things right. I do not recommend staying here especially if you need to sleep and expect to get what you paid for.
