Good

We were gone most of the day and tired when sleeping. At least the beds were comfortable.

We liked access to breakfast and the staff were great.

The room AC did not work and it was hot most of the night. With the humidity, I was uncomfortable and could not sleep well.

I would like somebody to contact me asap

I was not satisfied there were no fitted sheets on either beds? the beds were hard as rock and Im trying to get some kind of refund!!! As Im discouraged and frustrated with the service for the price. there was a screw and my Cousin stepped on it. The body wash was empty and for a 579$ a night we are not happy

Holiday Staycation!!

Beautiful hotel, great staff and excellent location to the theater district, Pike Place Market and the downtown core. Inside restaurants and Starbucks were nice.

The check lady was not paying attention and she thought Id cut in a line and I absolutely did not so she started off rude and then I was informed of $150 pet fee that was not on the Booking.com website and I dont have access to the Sheraton website, so that was an absolute shock and then come to find out its a $60 fee for parking there every day so that was not a good value at all and then there was only two towels in the room for two guess which is pretty cheap. If you ask me and the wine bar that is touted is being really good was just a basic wine list and it was not a wine bar. It was just a bar.
