Very nice with professional staff.

Excellent location. Staff is very professional. Nice view from the balcony at Krungthep Wing.

Not much sound proof between rooms. We were waken up by the next rooms early morning bed exercise.

Nice hotel, good location.

Rather old room and found the service level to be below shangri-la expectations: no turndown at evening, no proactive approach to guest experience (eg: when laundry was delivered room service tray was not picked up)

A great hotel for a few days close to chao praya River.

Great breakfast. Large choice of food. Restaurant with Chao praya River View really good. Big swimming pool but not deep. Very close from taxi boat station. Rooms Very clean and good Internet connexion.

A lot of people ! Many queues at breakfast and restaurant but staff makes everything to reduce the waiting time. Expensive hotel but good value.

Breathtaking views on the river

The location is unbeatable, right on the water, pool is great and staff very nice, the concierge arranged for us a boat trip in the klongs which was amazing. We had a room on the 20th floor and the view was breathtaking! Very nice shower & confortable bed. Wide choice of breakfast, had an early flight the last morning and they packed a breakfast box for us

Would have been nice to have access to the spa area (without booking any treatments) but I guess it would be too crowded otherwise..

Lovely facilities and comfortable rooms . The pool is amazing and the restaurants are still excellent . The staff are always super friendly and helpful .

Ive been coming to this hotel for over 20 years and they used to give free upgrades or atleast moderately free! Now it feels much more like a corporate approach.

Very nice river view from the room. The room and bathroom are spacious. Breakfast has options for everyone. The staff are professional. Near piers and BTS. Some good massage places nearby. Overall a very lovely stay.

Smells a bit funny in the bathroom.
