Location. Good Beds comfortable Food good

Paying extortionate prices. Not being able to get a bottle of water from the bar or restaurants even tho we were all inclusive. Paying for a superior room.to find out its the same room as standard rooms(but includes dressing gown and slippers)

Extremely clean and comfortable. The staff, especially housekeeping went over and above their role to ensure they provided an excellent service!

The air con in the room wasnt great, it didnt seem very cold.

All facilities were very good, it all helped to ensure a very good stay.

I thought the entertainment was sadly lacking, Having seen and heard the entertainment in nearby hotels I would say that the acts brought in were very poor in comparison, and whilst the in house entertainment team were trying hard it very much appeared there was a lack of investment in both the entertainment facilities and acts.

Fun place for a holiday with kids.

The pools are great and our kids (aged 5 and 8) especially loved the 'adventure pool' and playground area. Good location and all Playa Del Ingles attractions are within reasonable walking distance. Great running routes close by, especially along the Paseo Costa Canaria too. The breakfast was decent enough - loads of options - not much variety day-to-day, but all good (more cooked vegetables would be an improvement). Broadly very friendly kitchen/restaurant staff too. The entertainers for the children were very dedicated and funny, especially Bety - and lots of effort made by the animation team for Halloween. Maybe we got lucky compared to other reviewers, but we found the rooms to be fairly quiet and weren't really kept awake by any noise or music. There are 5x individual towers and it seemed predominantly younger families were placed in some towers, with groups of adults/party crowd grouped in others. I'm not sure if this was coincidence or intentional - but it definitely made sense if intentional, as it kept similar groups of people together and ensured noise was less of an issue. Front desk and cleaning staff generally pretty friendly and we were able to check in a little earlier than 3pm which was much appreciated after a long trip. No issues with the beds or cleanliness, decent aircon, and sizeable balcony.

The room was fine but a little tired/small - I would think 3 star rather than 4 star. A fridge in the room would make a big difference, and it would be nice to have a kettle in all rooms as standard rather than needing to ask at reception/pay a deposit. The pool towel system wasn't very convenient and would be better if it didn't cost extra. Having the main smoking area right next to a kids play equipment definitely needs a rethink too - ours wanted to play on the mechanical horse but completely impossible without exposing them to a huge cloud of smoke. The breakfast room/facilities were always extremely busy despite the hotel probably not being at full capacity. It was fine but any busier (e.g. peak season) and it wouldn't have been so enjoyable. All in all - the positives far outweighed the negatives. We would stay again but think we'd stick to the shoulder seasons rather than the height of summer.

Pricy and probably not worth it for a short stay - for a longer trip full board on offer maybe if you can take the noise

Nice property. Smaller rooms. Clean.

Very noisy. If you are b&b - Breakfast means breakfast till 10 not the continental breakfast which runs to 11 - if you go to the continental you get accosted by a heavy wanting money or kicking you out. This is nonsense Also booking.con says there is an airport shuttle - there is not.
