Great hotel one curly haired receptionist made it negative experience

Clean great entertainment friendly

As soon as 12:00 on departure day came there was a snip wrist bands off! You cant use the pool, I would understand if it was peak season but this was mid November plenty of space

Good base to explore south of GC

Good size room. Good food selection and food quality. Close to the Maspalomas Dunes. Good public transport connection to explore other parts of South GC.

The entertainment team could be more engaging. The information about activities is not easy to find, the screens changed to fast to read what is when. The all inclusive services finish at check out at 12pm even your flight is in the evening and you came late.

I enjoied it mostly, but would consider this place again.

Entertainment team is the brilliant of this hotel. Better than what Ive seen in 5 star hotels. Food was mostly very good & tasty. Didnt get tired of it after 2 weeks. Nice waterpark and playground in the hotel. Cleaning service was also of high quality.

The quality of the room wish to be much better.. maybe its just unlucky me, but the room was very bad.. made very bad first impression (see photos). Also we had leakage from the shower which might go terribly wrong due to slippery floor. Another thing is - this is the first hotel where we didnt get any present or letter wishing us a happy birthday. And location.. it might be attracting to be close to the maspolamos dunes, but you need to understand that there is almost nothing else except them. The area is not maintained at high standard in all senses.. not much beauty around. Wouldnt recommend the exact area. Better check Puerto Rico.

Great location

I loved the all-inclusive format, there were plenty of food choices. The staff from the reception and the cleaning staff were always kind and with a smile greeting you. Location amazing, walking distance between the city center and the beaches.

Sometimes the music was very loud on the main swimming pool. It would be better to have a relaxing music but more acceptable volume.

Great location and price, but definitely just for families.

Great price. Food was fine (only did breakfast and one lunch). Location is great.

An adult/quiet pool would have been nice. Fitness center needed at least a couple of fans (no a/c). A printed map of the property would have been nice. The map in the app is useless.

Room need renovation- check my photos A lot of food but low quality, poor children eating junk food all day long from snack bar. Alcohol low quality they put a lot of syrup to all cocktails whenever you order Photo doesnt correspond to real, in pool area till lunch there is shadow, no sun at all so all pulls are super cold
