Seda Residences Makati is a reasonably priced hotel with luxurious amenities and a convenient location. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with kitchenettes and laundry facilities. The staff (Read More) are friendly and professional, making the stay enjoyable. The hotel offers a pool, gym, and restaurant on the top floor. The breakfast buffet is basic but satisfactory. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to food spots and shopping areas. Some guests found the rooms a bit dated, but overall, the stay was pleasant.

Room Service food was great on Dec 23.

At the time of booking, I chose the option PAY AT THE PROPERTY but the hotel reservation team wont stop messaging and calling me to pay. I talked to Bookings customer service and they told me that pre-payment is not required and I can chose to stick with the payment policy. I told the hotel about it but they wont stop bothering. It should not be put in the option if they are not willing to honor the customers chosen payment method. We checked in Dec 23 and there were only a few guests with lots of parking spaces. Went out on Dec 24 and when we came back in the afternoon, a lot of parking spaces had cones and security guards are saying their policy is on a first come first served basis and they reserved it to the guests who checked in already and will come back. If that is the policy, we should have a space then because we were there the day before the influx of guests but they asked us to move to the pay parking instead. Breakfast buffet had very limited food selection compared to other hotels.

Everything. Breakfast - they're beyond our expectations. All staff love their work and very courteous. Excellent customer service.

Nada. Nada damn thing. We loved our stay. And we are loking forward to the same level of comfort in Seda Manila Bay.

The location is excellent as it is in close proximity to the places I wanted to visit.

I enjoyed the selection of breakfast buffet and the size of the room exceeded my expectations. The location allowed me to walk to Greenbelt, Salcedo market, and nearby nail salon at Valero Plaza, as well as navigate to where my local friends live at The Rise.

Although the room fell short of cleanliness standards for a 4-star hotel, the staff was quick to address any issues and ensured a satisfactory stay. While some areas may have not been as thoroughly cleaned as they should have been, the overall experience was still pleasant and comfortable. However, it would be beneficial for the hotel to improve their cleaning procedures to meet the expectations and satisfaction of all guests in the future.
