Solid setting but no real value, isolated, rude & bitter island to avoid at any cost

People. Service. Lying hotel staff. Isolation. Very bitter locals, basically like anywhere on Virgin Islands (both British and US). Not worth visiting, pure loss of time, effort and money! Value is non-existent. I think it is the worst place I have ever visited in my life and I simply cannot isolate the hotel from the prevailing atmosphere. If you are into beaches like myself, youll find way better ones anywhere else in Central America and Caribbean.

Well never return to the island and especially this property.

Both restaurants were excellent.

It was a dump. Part of the complex was under construction. No one told us and we were placed in a building that was being renovated. Bad electrical wiring (hazardous), overflowing toilet, no tv in the master bedroom, bugs on kitchen counter, blinds in sitting and master bedroom were broken, and the list goes on.

It was the perfect vacation for our family and would recommend staying here.

Personally you cant beat the location. It is by everything. I thought the restaurants were very nice and food was great. We stayed on the mountain top suite and the view was fantastic

The shower pressure was weak and we barely had hot water for our showers. The whole week, not one of us could take a shower unless it was cold. For people who tend to be cold in AC, this was a let down.

Great food ,people are nice , great activities to embark on, beaches are beautiful. Great activities to do if you are an outdoor person Great place for relaxation

Everything was hilly because of terrain of the location.but is the nature of virgin island .St Thomas and other island around are the same but it was worth it . US virgin island is quite expensive to stay . So make sure you have a budget.

This resort was very clean, comfortable and the decor was cheery and tropical. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the ladies at the front desk gave heplful info on things to do and how to get there. The view from our room was gorrrgeous!!! All in all, it was a great stay and we can't wait to go back again!!

Love St. Thomas island! A relaxing, enjoyable vacation with friends.

The property has great views, a clean sandy beach, and calm ocean waters for snorkeling. The property grounds are well maintained and some updates have been made since our first visit to the resort 5 years ago. The room was out dated (this was the same room we had 5 years ago) and could use a refresh of decor, some patching of broken tile in the shower and patching of other areas in the unit etc. The price is steep for the room but the view definitely could make up for it. The bed was made and fresh towels were delivered daily. Along with trash removal!

The AC in our unit wasn't cooling enough in the room. I realized one of the glass shudders was broken and didn't completely close, causing the room to over heat even with the AC on. The gentleman at the towel station on our last day was not personable at all. I said "Good morning" and "Thank you" with no one word from him, he was to busy on his phone. Very unprofessional!

It was a perfect getaway

When we got there we showed up at 10pm because our flight was delayed. Not only did they upgrade our room but they kept the restaurant open long enough so we could grab some food before we went to our room.

I'm not a fan of the half glass in the shower. It lets a draft in and let's water splash out.
