Poorly laid out hotel, lots of extra hidden costs, BUT great beds.

Super comfy bed.

We were moved from this property to the Hotel Norge. Arrived 5pm to find family room wasnt ready, pretty poor organisation considering we were travelling with a child under 1 year and our friends double room was ready (except they had booked a twin). Unable to have the breakfast that was supposed to be included because we had to check out early, were offered a breakfast box instead for an extra 225 NOKpp! Use of the pool was also an additional 195 NOK, (250 NOK on weekends). Family/disabled room was on a very high floor, situated a long way from lifts, hotel reception also not immediately obvious (situated on 3rd floor).

Very good

It was what I needed for just 2 nights before my cruise.

Location very good. Breakfast excellent an amazing selection. Staff very helpful early /late checking booking taxis etc.

Room rather basic a bit dull. Terrible view! Had a room far from the elevator and found it difficult to push 2 suitcases along the corridors

The staff were most helpful and I enjoyed the location

The breakfast was excellent as was the location

My room wasnt cleaned my first day. There was a lot of hair on the floor and in the shower drain.My room was very far from the elevator to drag 2 bags and a terrible view. Being told as I was checking out that the hotel was closing and unable to take my next booking. They did book me into an alternative hotel.

Beautiful view to the city iconic houses

third bed with old mattress which was very uncomfortable. We had to sleep in 3 in the bed. The bathroom is renovated but the place to shower is very small

Room, breakfast, exceptional service from front desk especially Emma. Location was perfect.

The lazy cleaner. Only changed the towels, did not clean bathroom, did not refresh the coffee sachets etc, left the dirty cups. Did not refresh the bedding left it in a heap.
